SubInstructor eTraining CD Tutorial
  1. Insert the SubInstructor eTraining CD into the CD ROM drive.
  2. Double-Click on the icon that says "Open Folder to view files".
  3. Double-Click on the "start.html" file.
  4. When the file opens, disable the popup-blocker for your respective internet browser.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have Internet Explorer and I can't view the main page?
  1. When the page loads click the check box that says "Do not show this message again".
  2. Click the "Yes" button on the alert message.
What if I get an error message that says "Adobe Flash Player has stopped a potentially unsafe operation."?
  1. Click the Settings button on the error message. (See Figure 1)
  2. A page will load entitled "Flash Player Help", click "Always allow" in the Flash Player Settings Manager on the right of the screen. (See Figure 2)
  3. Click here to change your settings.

What if I can't view the videos on the SubInstructor CD?
  1. Insert the CD into the CD ROM drive.
  2. Double-Click on the icon that says "Open Folder to view files".
  3. Open the folder named "QTime".
  4. Double click on the file named as "QuickTimeFullInstaller.exe".
  5. Click Next. (See Figure 3)
  6. Click Next Again.
  7. Read the Software License Agreement if you wish, then click "Agree".
  8. Click Next on the succeeding pages until there is a button that says "Finish". When you see that button, click it.
  9. Click Close.

What if I get a security warning that asks me if I want to install Adobe Flash Player? (Figure 3)
  1. Click Install.
  2. Agree to the Software License Agreement and click next.
  3. Finish installing Adobe Flash Player.
